<div>Dear colleagues,</div><div><br></div><div>Some of you on this list might be interested in a <a href="http://austjourcomm.org/index.php/ajc/article/view/1/28" target="_blank">paper</a> I published recently on dual-receptive language alternation—when one person (mostly) speaks language A and the other (mostly) responds in language B. </div>
<div><br></div><div>Since the participants had never met each other before at the start of the data collection, I was particularly interested here in how that language pattern became established over time, and the sorts of interactional practices that they used to establish it.</div>
