<div><div class="" id="inc_dec"><div class="">After
chief minister Siddaramaiah announced that he would write to other
chief ministers and the Prime Minister seeking support to get the
Supreme Court order on the Language Policy reviewed, the Karnataka
Unaided Schools Management's Association (KUSMA), says it will follow
suit. "KUSMA too will be approaching those very Chief Ministers and the
Prime Minister to inform them about the various unconstitutional aspects
of the language policy of the Karnataka Government," the organisation
of private schools said in a release.<br> <br> Blaming politicians,
KUSMA said, "Karnataka's language policy is highly immoral as the
lawmakers and speechmakers who would want all children of the State to
only study in mother tongue or Kannada created a safety valve for their
own children by exempting CBSE and CISCE schools from the language
policy."<br> <br> KUSMA said that if any Chief Minister or the Prime
Minister treated English as a foreign language simply because it
originated on foreign soil and treated it with contempt and disdain, in
order to be logically consistent, they would have to also treat the
religions of Islam and Christianity as foreign religions as both these
religions originated on foreign soil. "Are those Chief Ministers and the
Prime Minister going to also extend the same contempt and disdain
towards these two 'foreign' religions?" it asked.<br><br><a href="http://www.bangaloremirror.com/bangalore/others/KUSMA-to-go-national-against-mother-tongue/articleshow/35622314.cms">http://www.bangaloremirror.com/bangalore/others/KUSMA-to-go-national-against-mother-tongue/articleshow/35622314.cms</a><br>
