person who discussed in length his/her concern for the subject in which
the Ministry is planning to begin to use Bislama as a language for
learning in the early years of primary school. Again, had the person had
the courtesy, either he/she print his/her name or had the opportunity
to discuss his/her concerns with the relevant authorities to dispel
