But the volume is mistakenly attributed<br>to my editorship, whereas in actuality, Brian Spooner was a co-editor.<br></div>He joined in after I had got it started and then we had many defections<br></div>among the contributors. So it benefited greatly from his participation<br></div>and contributions and would have not been the same without.
