<p>JOHANNESBURG - As youngsters head back to school, Gauteng's Education MEC may be heading back to court.</p>
<p>Panyaza Lesufi has received an interdict from two Pretoria schools over changing their language policies.</p>

<p>The Overkruin and Montana High Schools applied for the interdict against MEC Lesufi. They were delivered last night (Tuesday).</p>
<p>Lesufi is expected to appear in court this morning.</p>
<p>Last year, the Constitutional Court ruled in favour of the Education Department over language policies.</p>
<p>At the time, the Federation of Governing Bodies of South African Schools took the department to court.</p>
