responsibility of all primary presenters to ensure that all secondary
presenters on their proposal receive any and all pertinent information
regarding the proposal (all notifications will be sent to the email address for
the primary presenter) and that all secondary presenters on their proposal
comply with all presenter guidelines and submit all required information.</span></p>

registration fees for presenters. All accepted presenters must be registered
for the conference. The deadline for presenter registration is <b>January
5, 2018</b>. If all proposal presenters (including secondary presenters) are
not registered by <b>January 5, 2018</b>, the presentation will be
cancelled. <u>It is the responsibility of the primary presenter to ensure
that all presenters on their proposal are registered for the conference.</u></span></p>
