        The leader of the Yabloko party, Grigory Yavlinsky, who previously 
stated the desire to run for president of Russia, visited Kazan on 6 
December. Yavlinsky presented in the capital of Tatarstan a block of the
 presidential program, where the main point was a new budgetary policy 
of Russia.
