Minister of Water Resources, Drinking water, and Sanitation in the
state cabinet Chandra Prakash Chaudhary has written a letter to the <a href="https://newsd.in/ratan-tata-and-raghubar-das-lay-foundation-for-a-cancer-hospital-in-ranchi/"><strong>Chief Minister Raghubar Das</strong></a> and questioned the faulty appointment policy of locals in the government jobs.</p>
<p>Chaudhary has expressed his concerns and requested the Chief Minister to take appropriate action in this matter.</p>
<h1>Make local language mandatory in the appointment: Minister</h1>
<p>He has requested to implement the final results of Jharkhand State
Service Commission PGT examination after the investigation. Minister
also urged to include the Jharkhand’s regional language so that the
candidates from Jharkhand get the maximum chance in the appointments. He
has asked to make these tribal languages mandatory in the appointment
process.</p>
<p>The Minister has conveyed to the CM that local eligible candidate are
being neglected and these jobs are being outsourced because of the
language barrier.</p>
<blockquote><p>“This is happening due to the poor planning and policy which is resulting in the outsourcing of jobs,” said Chaudhary.</p></blockquote>
<p>Water Resources Minister was sighting the result of PGT examination
where candidates from outside Jharkhand have qualified in massive
numbers.</p>
<blockquote><p>“This result has created a huge dissatisfaction among the
native candidates and state government image is also being tarnished,”
said Chaudhary.</p></blockquote>
<p>In his letter to Raghubar Das, he has highlighted the plight of poor
appointment policy, reservation policy, and local’s policy which has
been witnessing the same over the period of time since the state is
formed.</p>
<blockquote><p>“Why candidates from outside the state are qualifying in
large numbers needs a thorough examination and it can be done in
coordination with a team of experts,” said Chaudhary.</p></blockquote>
<p>He has requested the chief minister to ensure the immediate inclusion
of tribal language and some dialects in the Jharkhand State Service
Commission language list and rectify the faulty policy related to
appointment in state services.</p>
