Dear list members, I was told that there is a word used among Ojibwa that describes male beauty work--doing things such as combing their hair just so, plucking unwanted hairs, cleaning their teeth, etc. I suspect that the word I was given is poorly transcribed: owehzhee. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks, Laura
