[Linganth] Substitute x for y / scripting and technologization in fast food ordering

A related aspect of such scripting is the inability to "anticipate"
questions that might occur later. I've often found that even if the
same routine is enacted every day, it is often fruitless to try to
anticipate a later question earlier in the routine. At best one is
asked the question a second time at the "appropriate" point in the
routine, but it can often derail the entire process - resulting in the
wrong thing being done (i.e. the wrong order). And, in some cases, it
might even get you in trouble with the authorities:
