  We are searching at the Assistant Professor level for a person with a doctorate in social foundations with training in sociology and/or anthropology of education and background in qualitative research.  Research interests might include class, race, culture, gender, globalization, and/or related topics.   Responsibilities consist of developing an active research agenda in social foundations, securing external funding as appropriate, participating in national organizations, and teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level.
