Limnalities and Limiting E-Mail Loads

Hi, one last e-mail to both the linganth and SLA lists to let all know 
what is happening.

The procedure to sign up is to send me an e-mail and I'll send you an 
invite. HOWEVER this doesn't seem to be working very well at this 
moment so don't be surprised if you have trouble setting up accepting 
the invitation or setting up a new account.  The reason is because 
Blogger is migrating to a new system.  In the long run I think this 
should be a Good Thing but for now it is frustrating.  I'll let you 
know when I know.

In order to avoid multiple duplicate messages, I'd like eventually for 
day to day blog discussions to be on the linganth list with only major 
announcements to be sent out to both the linganth and SLA lists.  
HOWEVER, as Richard is in the process of migrating the linganth list 
itself, linganth currently isn't accepting any new members and won't 
until the migrating is finished.  SO, if you are ON SLA but NOT ON 
linganth AND would like to receive blog e-mails, drop me a note and I 
will add you manually to these blog e-mails.  I will give this list of 
people to Richard to add to the permanent linganth list once the list 
has migrated to its yet to be determined new home.

Finally, I am fooling around with various options for sending blog 
updates to the whole linganth list.  I'm not sure yet how this works 
but if I have succeeded you should get a message with Test 2 somewhere 
in it at some point.  Just ignore it.
