International Journal of American Linguistics

[Leila Monaghan]

Hi, I'm doing a historical piece on the development of linguistic 
anthropology and have found that up until the 1960s the the 
International Journal of American Linguistics, started by Boas in 1917, 
was an AAA publication but that currently it is a University of Chicago 
publication.  Anyone know when the transfer took place and why?
