Altaian-English translator needed

A friend of mine is seeking an Altaian to English translator to work  
on subtitling for a documentary film.  The work pays well, and  
involves accurate transcription (word by word, not fine-grained  
linguistic) and translation of about 20-30 hours of film footage.  If
