Globalization of American Sign Language

Hi all,

I was curious if anyone could suggest any articles, books, or other sources
that discuss the use and spread of ASL (or SEE, as well) outside of the
United States (I know that it's used in some Caribbean nations and elsewhere
in the world, for example, though I'm not entirely sure the scope of it).
 I'm especially interested in information on its use in the education
system, but really any resources would be helpful.
