Research on the politics of transcribing interview data?

Dear Colleagues,

I hope all is well and that your holiday seasons are restful as much as they are productive. Can anyone recommend some literature to me on the different, ideologically-motivated ways that researchers transcribe the speech of the interviewer in contrast with the research participant, especially when the participant is identified as speaking a non-standard variety?
