Registration is currently open for the 5th International Language in  
the Media Conference, to be held at Queen Mary, University of London  
28-30 September. Early-bird registration savings are available through  
Saturday.

The 2013 conference theme, intended to emphasize sociocultural  
processes and in-situ and socially mediated ethnographic research  
involving news practitioners, is: Redefining journalism:  
Participation, practice, change

Martin Conboy (University of Sheffield, UK)
Helen Kelly-Holmes (University of Limerick, Ireland)
Daniel Perrin (Zurich University of Applied Sciences, Switzerland)
