[Linganth] resources on hate speech/free speech

One more to add is Robin Lakoff's chapter on Politcal Correctness and Hate
Speech in The Language War. It's particularly useful if you want to cover
sociopolitical topics in a course focused on discourse theory. I've used it
to good effect to teach about speech acts.
