[Linganth] Free membership for students in the SLA

As we get close to deadlines for abstract submissions on April 16, I wanted
to remind everyone that Society for Linguistic Anthropology membership is
free for students who are members of the larger American Anthropological
Association.  As fees at the AAA are based on income, students can become
members of both the AAA and the SLA for as little as $60.
