[Linganth] What happened to Language in Culture: The Semiotics of Interaction

Dear colleagues,

Does anyone have any information on the availability of Michael
Silverstein's Language in Culture: The Semiotics of Interaction (2107)? It
was listed in HAU Books before, but I can no longer find it. WorldCat lists
only two libraries in the world as having copies. The Amazon page doesn't
list any as being for sale, and it is not listed at UCP, which is
distributing HAU books. Any info about this book would be appreciated!
