Thanks for this inquiry!

I have attached a recent piece my colleagues and I wrote that may be useful
- "Zooming out of the crisis: Language and human collaboration". [My
section discusses critical service-learning courses I taught in spring 2020
that moved online.]

I also found Michael Wesch's recent Anthropology News piece
