[Linganth] list of volunteers and online resources for teaching this spring

Dear Colleagues,
There are several sheets circulating these days in which people can 
volunteer to teach classes for
sick colleagues, or colleagues who would like a guest speaker for their 
online classes.

I have created a page on CaMP anthropology blog with links to these lists.
