Regarding Southeast Asia language and culture journals, in addition to
Kyoto University's *Southeast Asian Studies *that Patrick M mentioned

I would also like to suggest *Asian Ethnicity*

for which I am an Executive Editor and would be very happy to
receive submissions from linganth researchers working in Southeast Asia and
beyond in any part of Asia.
