Applied Linguistics and European Language<BR>

Marlboro College invites applications to fill an interdisciplinary<BR>
tenure-track position in language teaching combined with Linguistic<BR>
Anthropology or Second Language Acquisition. The successful candidate<BR>
will create a broad curriculum in Linguistics in addition to teaching a<BR>
European language (other than Spanish) at the basic level and support<BR>
independent, often cross-disciplinary, undergraduate work in language<BR>
within a liberal arts curriculum. The candidate is expected to support<BR>
students who wish to learn other languages through independent study and<BR>
language media. College teaching experience required, PhD in hand by<BR>
start date recommended.<BR>
