<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Another forum with Ferguson on the agenda is the Professional Divides roundtable -- bringing together journalists and linguists/anthropologists to discuss the creation of, and responsibilities toward, public discourse. It's
a high-end selection of DC-connected journalists (CNN, Chronicle of Higher Education, Huffington Post, EdSource) and similarly well-placed linganth colleagues. I passed along Monica's Ferguson AAA press release with links to the roundtable, as part of our
"homework." </span></p>
