discourse about prisons and issues of race, class and gender; a</span><span style="font-size: 11pt;">nd the role that academics can play. </span><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Besides us</span><span style="font-size: 11pt;">, this </span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">roundtable
will include the </span><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Bay Area journalism professor/reporter involved with the SQN staff, a</span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> former
</span><i style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">San Quentin News</span></i><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> reporter-mentor, and (very likely) a community/</span><span style="font-size: 11pt;">policy </span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt;">advocate.</span></p>
