applications for a tenure-track position specializing in TESOL/applied
linguistics at the rank of Assistant Professor. This position will
require teaching of courses in the TENL (Teaching English as a New
Language) Certificate program with an emphasis on TESOL pedagogy and
sociolinguistics for the certificate/licensure program and our
Linguistics program. Courses of instruction include (but are not limited
to) undergraduate and graduate-level Sociolinguistics, Second
Language Acquisition, and introductory courses in linguistics for majors
and minors as well as for general education.
