Karpf, who has been a Lecturer in Anthropology at San José
State University for 30 years, and is the AVP for Lecturers in
the California Faculty Association, will be leading a
discussion on salary, health benefits, unemployment benefits
between terms, pensions, and garnering respect and collegial
behavior from your tenure-line colleagues.</p>
