This is a supportive community of teacher-scholars and diverse urban dwellers. Faculty have active, funded research agendas <i>and</i> provide close mentoring to their MA advisees, who typically conduct independent field research to complete the MA. Others
complete internships at organizations and agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control.</span><span style="color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
