it goes and does improve. Transcripts take a lot of cleaning up and correcting, but is much faster to work from even a flawed transcript.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">For a first pass, I use Happy Scribe. They have a decent range of non-English languages. The transcript will still need a lot of clean up, but will give you a first pass. I have used otter but I believe it only works for English. <o:p></o:p></p>
