The Department of English at Arizona State University invites applications for a nine-month, full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor position. We are seeking candidates with a specialty in Linguistics and/or Applied Linguistics/TESOL, with expertise in <i style="box-sizing:border-box">sociophonetics,

 (including online); collaborate with colleagues across the Unit and the University to promote the visibility and contributions of Linguistics, Applied Linguistics/TESOL; build partnerships with communities in supporting linguistic diversity and addressing

 linguicism and other forms of injustice; and provide service to the institution and the profession.</p>
