As for me, I'm interested in learning about new books. Rather than publishers' promotions, I see this as an opportunity to quickly find out about relevant work and pursue it further if it seems promising. Of course, the posted books should be relevant to ALT. I see no reason to cut off this kind of information. -Dan Slobin
