Dear ALT colleagues,

I know of at least two other major international biennial conferences,
compatitive with ALT, in even numbered years:

- International Conference on Functional Grammar (since 1984)
- International Morphology Meeting (since 1984)

Therefor I would regret a change of the ALT meetings to the even numbered
years.
Moreover there is also the International Conference on the Structure of
Hungarian (since 1992) in even numbered years.

Casper.
