Thanks to Alan King

- for correcting the Spanish example that I
  had given in my summary of the co-possession discussion;

- for pointing out that the implicational relationship between
  a language having a co-possessive construction in action-nominalization
  constructions and with other types of noun head is more likely to
  go in the direction of the latter implying the former rather than
  the other way around; and

- for giving Hawaiian evidence to show that the expression of the argument
  frame of action-nominalization heads may be different from what occurs
  with other types of heads.
