Another example comes from a rainy windswept island off the coast of
Northwest Europe.  Here's a sample partial paradigm for the 2nd person
of "sit":

yul sIt     (future)
yud sIt     (conditional)
yu sIt     (present simple)
yo: sItIN     (present progressive)
yuv saet     (present perfect)
