Not 'will', but otherwise this is parallel to dialectal English
need + past participle, as

	My house needs painted.  (i.e. 'needs painting' or 'needs to be
				 painted')

This is prevalent in Scotland and certain parts of N. America, including
at least western Pennsylvania and the upper Ohio valley, and rural Oregon.
