case and number in pronouns

In very many forms of colloqiual English English, and perhaps also
Scottish English, us functions as a singular indirect object e.g.
"Give us a kiss", "Lend us some money". In the northeast of England
it can also function as a direct object e.g. " He hit us on the head".
