Lexicalization of case markers

 In Hungarian, the verb for 'doing without', 'being indigent' is derived out
 of a stem which is a postposition which means 'without'.

 Below, (a) shows the use of the postposition as such; (b) shows the derived
 verb; (c) shows that the derivational affix involved is otherwise used to
 form verbs out of nouns.

 (Accent marks should be over the preceding vowel; : should be an Umlaut).

ebe'd ne'lku:l
lunch without

 'without lunch'

 (b)
ne'lku:l-o:z-ni
without-AFF-INF

 'to do without, 'to be indigent'

 (c)
radir-oz-ni
eraser-AFF-INF
