As a partial answer to your request,  please find below a copy of my  
latest article, in Bulletin de la Societe de linguistique 2009, to be  
published in the very near future.

May I add that, if the notion of typology seems to be problematic, it  
is because it lacks a clear theoretical basis, a question which is  
rarely considered ?
