Whistle speech

In most whistled languages I am aware of, women do not whistle, only men do. The only two exceptions I am aware of are courtship whistling among the Lalana Chinantec and Silbo Gomero.

I am interested in learning if there are other languages with whistle speech in which both men and women converse by whistling.
