[Lingtyp] Free hard copies of A grammar of Kalamang

Good to see so many people are interested in printed books, so my university didn't force me to print so many copies for nothing. Over thirty people have responded now. The coming weekend I'll make an inventory of how many copies I have left exactly, and will send them out to the first responders.

@Jess, yes, there's a section on Ideophones in the Kalamang grammar: §16.4, p. 472. It's rather brief, because I haven't discovered much.
