In addition, it is expected that the successful candidate supervises BA and MA theses, provides reviews of BA and MA theses, and acts as an advisor of our students. He/she is expected to conduct his/her own research that leads to the 'Habilitation'. The 'Habilitation' is a second PhD dissertation in the German academic system that is required for a professorship.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></DIV>
