Assyrian, I started feeling a need for a term referring to the participant who
is supposed to give/to pay. The one who receives a message is<span style="font-variant-numeric:normal;font-variant-east-asian:normal;font-variant-caps:small-caps;font-variant-alternates:normal"> addressee</span>, the one to whom something is
given is <span style="font-variant-numeric:normal;font-variant-east-asian:normal;font-variant-caps:small-caps;font-variant-alternates:normal">recipient</span>, and what about
one who gives/pays?</span></p>
