Subject: Q: Errors in students' essays

I am a member of the NLP Group at The Faculty of Engineering in Montevideo,
Uruguay.
I am interested in getting information about work done in the problem of
automatic detecting and diagnosing errors in college students' essays.
These could be from ortographic errors to text structure, syntactic errors,
etc.
I would thank you very much if you could let me know about work done
in this field or how can I get information about it.

Thanks,

Pablo Accuosto

PLEASE: Post the answers to my e-mail address (not to the list), because
I am not subscribed to the list.
I will post a summary with the answers.

I would appreciate it if anybody would inform me of Australian or
New Zealand English corpora (apart from the Melbourne-Surrey
corpus) or any such corpus-projects that are being pursued at
present.
