The workshop is directed to graduate students and researchers
interested in recent developments in morphology. The participants are
given the possibility to present their own research at the workshop.
The language of the workshop is English.
 
The participation fee of 400 FIM covers board and lodging at the
Research Station and the bus ride from Joensuu to Mekrijrvi on
Friday September 29 (departure 8:30 am) and the return ride on
Sunday (departure 2:30 pm) (ride time c. 1 hr.). Detailed information
about the workshop program and other activities will be sent to those
who have returned their registration forms to us in due time.
 
The deadline for registration is June 15, 1995 (see registration
slip, enclosed). Return address:

8-9-10 at the U Paris-8 in Saint Denis (Northern Suburb of Paris)

ACCOMMODATION
The Hotel CAMPANILE at Saint Denis has set aside a block of Rooms at the

you get off of the metro from the lefthand exit just look on your right).

a) Taxi (approximate cost to Saint Denis 170 FrF)
b) Air France Bus (RoissyBus): Arrival at OPERA (cost 45 FrF). At Opera take
the metro, line 3, direction PONT DE LEVALLOIS, change at SAINT LAZARE and take
Line 13 to Saint Denis Basilique
c) RER. Take first the Airport Shuttle to the railway station. Take the RER to
GARD DU NORD (cost 39 FrF), then take metro line 2 Direction Porte Dauphine,
 change at Place de Clichy to Line 13 SAINT DENIS BASILIQUE
 
2) ORLY
a) Taxi to Saint Denis (Approximately)250 FrF)
b) ORLYBUS to Montparnasse Bienvenue and from there take Metro Line 13.
 
By TRAIN
There are six railway stations in Paris:
Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, Gare Saint Lazare, Gare Montparnasse, Gare d'
Austerlitz.
)From some of them there are direct metros to Saint Denis, for the others,
Ask a metro Map to the Tourist information Office. It is fairly Explicit and it
is easy to find the fastest connection to line 13.
 
NOTE FOR THE METRO : Line 13 splits at LA FOURCHE. Make sure that you always
take the metro with the BLUE LIGHT heade to SAINT DENIS BASILIQUE.
 
Now, once in the metro, line 13 of course. For the University, or the Hotel
Campanile get off at the last station SAINT DENIS BASILIQUE.
Once on the surface (take the left exit), go straight ahead, throught the
shopping center until you get to "place du 8 Mai 1945". In front of the
MacDonald's there is a bus station. Take Bus No 255 and get off at bus
stop University Paris 8. Then follow the arrows.
 
Well, It's Tricky, But you are Intelligent. We hope you will end
up finding your way.
