Following the CyrWin ad in article 7.293-2 of the Linguist List, I
inform you that the standard Cyrillic package used in the Canadian
Embassy in Moscow is R-Win 4.05, not CyrWin. Some of the users may
still have CyrWin on their standalone computers.
 
Use of CyrWin was discontinued due to problems it caused with standard
applications we are using, particularly WordPerfect for Windows
5.2. The collection of TT fonts shipped with R-Win was also much more
impressive.
 
The last version of CyrWin tested in the Embassy was 4.02.
