	Assistant Professor of Linguistics to teach Japanese Language
				(Tenure Track)
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
	Ph.D. in Japanese language, linguistics or foreign language education.
Native or near native competence in Japanese language.  Some teaching
experience.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
	Teach Japanese language courses, develop teaching materials,
participate in Study Abroad Program, conduct research in theoretical or applied
linguistics.

teachers for their 36 capuses all over Thailand.  Interested party should
possess at least a B.A. in related field such as language education,
English, Linguistics, TESL/TEFL.  An MA in these field or experience in

baht per month plus 8,000 baht housing allowance.  We regred that we
cannot reimburse airfare.
 
Rajabhat Institutes, formerly were teachers colleges under the Ministry
of Education.  We offer more than 200 majors, three English programs:B.Ed
in English, E.A. in English, and B.A. Business English.  There are six
institutes in Bangkok and 30 in other provinves, all independent of one
another.
 
The cost of living in Bangkok in roughly three times less than that in
the US.  Meals for one day is about 100 baht or less.  A condo apt is
from 1500-5000 baht per month.  the exchange rate is 25 baht for a dollar.
