the status of the following examples and what are the differences (if any)

I am working on differences in NP number agreement in Spanish varieties. A
parameter regarding Number has been tentatively postulated (Menegotto 1995),
and now I'm trying to elucidate de concomitant features associated to it.
To give support to (or reject) my hypotheses, I'd like to review the
appropriate literature on linguistic typology, particularly regarding
statistical universals. Could any of you give me some hint? I wonder if
something like 'the most comprehensive, updated and well atested list of
statistical language universals (with references to the sources)' exists. If
it does, please, e-mail me the reference. If it doesn't, please give me a
good piece of advice. :)
I'll post a summary.

I am currently working on a projet on language variation and change in the
north of Brasil ( the state of Para), I would b e very much thankful to
anyone who could send me references on variation and language change done in
any part of the globe. I am trying to build up a hompepage in the internet
to make available to all researchers on this topic, a bibliographical
background.
Please send me all references you have on this subject in any language
(articles, books, theses, homepages...) directly to me (razky at marajo.ufpa.br).
