We'd like to remind readers that the responses to queries are usually
best posted to the individual asking the question. That individual is
then strongly encouraged to post a summary to the list. This policy was
instituted to help control the huge volume of mail on LINGUIST; so we
would appreciate your cooperating with it whenever it seems appropriate.

I believe someone expressed some time ago an interest in setting up a group
to look at MT in education. If they would contact me, I would be most grateful.

Dear linguists,

I would appreciate any information on how to locate (references) a video by
Larsen-Freeman on the many approaches to EFL (Total Physical Response,
Suggestopedia, Community Language Learning, etc.), which used to be available
at bookstores but now seems to have vanished. I am interested in purchasing
it, or any kind of video material of similar content. Other suggestions are
welcome!
Many thanks,

Is anyone currently doing work on intrusive and/or linking /r/'s
in English dialects? In addition, any references to previously
published works on the subject would be appreciated. Our main
interest is in New Zealand and Australian English dialects.

Many thanks,

John Doleman.
