We'd like to remind readers that the responses to queries are usually
best posted to the individual asking the question. That individual is
then strongly encouraged to post a summary to the list. This policy was
instituted to help control the huge volume of mail on LINGUIST; so we
would appreciate your cooperating with it whenever it seems appropriate.

greetings from montreal. acting upon the advice of cathrn teasley who
posted a review of Spanish Now!to the chorus website, i am writing to
request information about other similar software products.

in particular, i have product information about The Learning Company's
Learn to Speak Spanish and would grately appreciate any pointers to
impartial reviews of this product or others like it.

(after spending some time visiting web sites, the only review i could
 identify was cathryn's ...)

once again, any help would be most welcome.
paul freedman

p.s. i should perhaps mention that i am particularly interested in
software which targets the intermediate level student ...

Dear Linguist Subscribers,

I am trying to find examples of Austronesian languages that use cross
referencing pronouns as do the Pampangan and Ivatan languages of the
Philippines.

I also posting this request on AN-lang, so please forgive any
duplication. I'll post a summary of all responses on Linguist
list.
